Recently one of our major clients approached us asking if we could undertake a major restoration of ground floor listed flats following flooding by raw sewage. Due to the sensitivity of the project as a result of the previous appointed contractors we were able to quote, plan and commence works within a two week period. During the whole schedule of the works we kept our clients and property owners fully updated daily on progress, finishing the works 3 weeks ahead of schedule to the highest of standards.

Case Study 2

When a client required immediate action on an outstanding claim, Cameron-Hunt rose to the challenge. The 17th century grade 2 listed cottage required the upmost of care and attention. By using modern and traditional methods, incorporating a damp proofing system, lime rendering and the reinstatement of lathe and plaster ceilings the claim ran effectively and smoothly with the policyholder updated daily on the order of works. Our policy of employing time served tradesman with experience in traditional methods of construction reinforces the fact that we understand the requirements of our clients and customers needs, thus restoring this building to its pre-loss condition.
